What is Pentecost?

Every year at the end of the Easter season, we hear the story of the Holy Spirit descending upon the Apostles as God's gift to all Christians. Pentecost is a celebration of the birthday of the Christian church, and you're invited to the party! The story is recorded in the second chapter of the Book of Acts.

Curious to learn more? Be there on Sunday, June 9th at 10:00am for the wonderful liturgy of Pentecost. St. Mary's schola cantorum choir will be singing, and as always, a reception follows the service.

Wear RED for this service!

If you need a ride to Mass, please contact the church office at 602-354-7540 so we can arrange one for you.
