The Great Vigil and First Solemn Mass of Easter 8:30 p.m.
This is the Liturgy from which every other liturgy of the year derives. Mysterious, exuberant, ancient, and future, mostly by candlelight with an explosion of joy. The Vigil is the absolute capstone of the Liturgical Year.
If you can attend only one Holy Week liturgy, plan on attending this one.
It will be followed by St. Mary's Improbably Festive Parish Easter Bash
